1. Orders

All orders must be paid in full before they are confirmed.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in NZD and may be subject to change without notice.

Delivery fees are applied separately unless otherwise stated.

3. Product Availability

Due to seasonal availability, specific flowers may vary.

We reserve the right to substitute flowers with a similar style and equal or greater value.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Changes may not be possible within 24–48 hours of the scheduled delivery time.

5. Payment

We accept online payments and bank transfer.

Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

6. Delivery Responsibility

Customers must ensure all delivery details are accurate.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or external factors beyond our control.

7. Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are not provided once an order has been completed.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours with photo evidence.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services.
