At Fur & Floral, every arrangement is bespoke and thoughtfully handcrafted using premium seasonal blooms.
Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are considered final, with limited exceptions outlined below.
Quality Commitment
We take great pride in delivering fresh, high-quality flowers.
If your order arrives in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photographic evidence.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
• A replacement (preferred option)
• A partial refund
Full refunds are only issued in rare cases at our discretion.
Delivery Terms
We are responsible for ensuring delivery is completed as arranged.
If a delivery issue occurs due to our fault, we will:
• Arrange redelivery at no additional cost, or
• Provide a suitable resolution
Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure all delivery details are accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Recipient unavailable
• Inaccessible delivery location
In such cases:
• Redelivery fees will apply
• Refunds will not be provided
Substitutions
Due to seasonal and supply variations, specific flowers may be substituted.
We reserve the right to replace with blooms of equal or greater value, while maintaining the intended style and colour palette.
Order Policy
We require a minimum of 3 days’ notice for all orders.
Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately scheduled for sourcing and production.
Therefore:
• No cancellations
• No refunds for change of mind
If amendments are needed, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order, and we will try our best to accommodate.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within5–7 business days.
